Create a QR code for any service location. Customers scan, choose what they need, and follow the request's progress. Your team accepts and completes the work, and you see who handled it and when.
No app needed for customers. Staff sign in individually to your business's dashboard.
Templates fill in example locations, request buttons and teams. They're only a starting point: rename, add or remove anything.
| You choose | For example |
|---|---|
| Locations | Table 6, Room 204, Fitting room 2, Meeting room A. Group them, like Rooms, Pool and Restaurant in one hotel. |
| Request buttons | Up to 12, like Ask for the bill, Fresh towels or Another size. Each location can show all of them or only some. |
| Teams | Floor, Bar, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales. Each request button goes to the team you pick. |
| Who can do what | Owner, manager, supervisor and staff, limited to their teams. |
| Hours | Outside them, customers see that requests are closed, with your alternative contact. |
| Customer page | Your logo, colour and welcome message. |
The customer code at each location opens that location's request page. The staff code in a staff-only area opens your business's sign-in page; it contains no password and gives no access by itself. New team members join with a separate set-up link that expires and can be withdrawn.
Free during the launch: one business with up to 60 locations and 30 active team members. These are separate from your 10 editable QR codes. Early birds get Premium free for 12 months when paid plans start. See pricing for the plans after that.
A QR code for each table, room or area. Customers scan it, choose what they need, and follow their request's progress. Your team accepts and completes it, and you see who handled it and when. Restaurants, hotels, shops and other businesses all use the same system with their own buttons.
No. They scan the code with their phone camera and the request page opens in the browser. They don't sign in or give their name.
Keep the dashboard's Live requests page open on a phone or tablet with sound on. New requests appear within a few seconds with a chime. There are no push notifications yet, so the page needs to stay open.
Yes. One business can have rooms, the pool and the restaurant, each as its own group of locations, with different request buttons and teams. You don't need a separate account for each.
Yes. Rename, add, hide or reorder them at any time, choose which team gets each one, and limit a location to some buttons. Old requests keep the name they had, so the activity log stays accurate.
An editable code opens a web page you choose. A service request code opens a request page for that location and sends what the customer taps to your team. Service request locations have their own allowance and don't count towards your editable codes.
Free during the launch for one business with up to 60 locations and 30 team members. Early birds get Premium free for 12 months when paid plans start. After that, the Free plan keeps 5 locations of your choice active.
Request and shift history is kept 13 months. Customer notes are deleted after 30 days. Downgrading your plan doesn't delete anything.
