For hotels, resorts and guesthouses

Guest requests from every room, without a phone call.

Put a QR code in each room. Guests scan it and tap "Fresh towels", "Room cleaning" or "Something's not working", and your team sees the room number straight away. No app for guests or staff.

Example: Room 214 asks for fresh towels, and housekeeping sees it on the Requests page.

How requests are handled

Requests appear on the live Requests page, which you can keep open at reception or on housekeeping's phone, with a chime when sound is on. Staff tap Mark done when they've helped, and requests waiting a long time stand out. Requests are kept for 30 days, then deleted.

Telegram alerts for a housekeeping group chat are coming soon.

Built-in protection against misuse

Setting it up

  1. Make one code per room and name it with the room number.
  2. Open each code, choose Work as a button, pick up to four requests and set the hours housekeeping is on duty.
  3. Print a room card from the code's page. Place it where guests look: the desk, the bedside or the back of the door.
  4. Open the Requests page at reception or on housekeeping's phone and turn on sound.

Start small: try a handful of rooms for a couple of weeks, see how guests use it, then roll it out. The printing guide covers card sizes and finishes.

What it costs

Free during the launch, for up to 10 codes. Email us if you'd like to run a pilot across more rooms. See pricing for what happens after the launch.

Questions

Does the guest have to type their room number?

No. Each room has its own code, so every request arrives with the room already attached. Guests just tap what they need.

Can guests add details?

Yes, if you allow notes. Guests can add up to 140 characters, such as "Two extra pillows" or "After 2 pm please".

Do guests need an app or a login?

No. The code opens a simple page in the phone's browser. We never ask guests for their name, email or room key.

What if housekeeping is off duty?

Set opening hours on each code. Outside them, guests see that requests are closed and are asked to call reception instead.

Can I use it for villas, the spa or the pool?

Yes. A code can be placed anywhere guests might need help. Name it after the place, like "Villa 12" or "Pool lounger 4".

Try it as a guest and as staff
