Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-15. In plain language.

Who we are

QR Code Spot (qrcodespot.com) is run by Atoll Tokens, Maldives ("we"). Contact: hello@atolltokens.com. By making an account or using a code, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for what your codes point to and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

What you can't use it for

We may switch off codes and close accounts that break these rules, without notice where people could be harmed. Anyone can report a code.

Your codes and content

The web addresses, names and settings you enter stay yours. You let us store and use them only to run the service, for example to forward scanners and show your analytics. Our privacy page explains what we record when someone scans.

Plans and changes

The current plans and limits are on the pricing page. If we reduce what a free account includes, or start charging for something that's free, we'll email you at least 30 days before. Codes you've already made keep forwarding scanners even if you don't pay.

If paid plans are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before you pay, and you can cancel before the next period.

Availability

We work hard to keep codes working all the time, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. The service is provided as it is. Before a large print run, scan a test copy.

Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales, caused by the service being unavailable or a code not working. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Ending

You can delete any code at any time, and ask us to delete your account. If we ever had to close QR Code Spot, we would email you with as much notice as we can.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and email account holders.
