Free bulk QR code generator
Turn a spreadsheet into up to 500 QR codes in one ZIP: product labels, event badges, table cards, asset tags. Your style and frame text, as PNG, SVG or PDF.
Your list
One code per line. Paste from a spreadsheet, or choose a CSV file. Nothing leaves this page.
Style and frame
A frame column in your file wins over this. Change your style
How it works
- Make a list. In Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, put one link or text per row in the first column. Add a name column for file names and a frame column for the text under each code, if you like.
- Paste it or save it as CSV. Copying the cells and pasting them above works too.
- Pick the style and files. "My style" uses the colours, shapes, frame and logo you last chose in the free generator.
- Download the ZIP and test a few codes with your phone before printing the whole batch.
Good to know
- Up to 500 codes per ZIP and 2,000 characters per code. Shorter content makes simpler codes that scan from further away.
- Bare addresses like
yourcafe.com/menubecome links automatically. - These are static codes: what's stored in them can't change after printing. See editable codes if that matters.
- For a code per table or room that calls staff, use QR Service Requests instead.
Questions
Is the bulk QR code generator free?
Yes, with a free account (no card). Up to 500 codes per ZIP, as many ZIPs as you like.
Is my list uploaded?
No. The file is read and the codes are made in your browser. Nothing in the list is sent to QR Code Spot.
Can I make editable (dynamic) codes in bulk?
Not yet: bulk codes are static, so what's stored in them can't change after printing. For a few editable codes, create them in your account. For table and room codes that call staff, use QR Service Requests, which makes one code per location for you.
Which columns does the file need?
Only one: the link or text for each code. Optional columns: name (used for the file name) and frame (the text under the code). A first row with column names is optional.
