For hotels

Housekeeping requests by QR code

A small card in each room: guests scan, tap "Fresh towels" or "Room cleaning", and the request goes to housekeeping, with the room number, without a phone call to reception.

How it works

  1. Each room has its own code. Scanning it opens a page for that room: no app, no sign-in for the guest.
  2. The guest taps what they need, like Fresh towels, Room cleaning, Extra pillows or Something's broken, and can add a note.
  3. The right team gets it. Towels and cleaning go to housekeeping, repairs to maintenance. Staff on duty get a phone alert.
  4. One person accepts it, so two people don't go to the same room. The guest's page shows when it's accepted and done.
  5. Managers see every request with its times, and a daily report: how many, how fast, which rooms and which teams.

Questions

Do guests need an app?

No. The code opens a web page for that room in the phone's browser.

How do housekeeping staff find out?

Staff on duty get a phone notification for requests their team covers, and the live dashboard shows every open request with a chime.

Is it free?

QR Service Requests is free during the launch, with up to 60 locations. The Service Requests page has the pricing for after the launch.
